I may be a bit reserved at first, but with a tasty treat and a little patience, I’ll warm up quickly and show you my sweet and affectionate side. I especially adore children and love spending time with them. If you ever want to scoop me up for a cuddle, I won’t mind one bit—I’m perfectly happy being carried in loving arms.

• With People: I take a little time to get comfortable, but once I trust you, I’ll happily accept pets and affection. I’m also very gentle and patient with young children!

• With Other Dogs: I enjoy greeting new dog friends, though I sometimes prefer to do my own thing rather than join in on rough play.

• With Cats: I haven’t met a cat yet, so I’m not sure how I’d feel about them.
