🍊All About Me☘️
Hi, I’m Saeri! I’m a seven-month-old Jindo mix with a soft brown coat and a heart full of love. Weighing 10kg (22lb), I am still growing and learning about the world around me. I have a naturally sweet and friendly personality, and I love meeting new people and dogs. My past may be a mystery, but my future is bright—I just need a family who will guide me with patience and love.
🐕My Personality🐕
I am affectionate, outgoing, and playful. I don’t take long to warm up to people, and I’ll happily approach new faces with a wagging tail and a hopeful look for some attention. If you offer me belly rubs, I’ll roll over without hesitation! With my friendly and trusting nature, I thrive on human interaction and love to be around people. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or just following you around, I’m happiest when I’m close to my person.
🐕Social Skills🐶
I have great social skills with other dogs. I get along with big and small dogs alike, and I approach new friends with curiosity and friendliness. However, I don’t always seek out play—I’m just as happy observing and being near other dogs rather than actively engaging in roughhousing. I haven’t met cats yet, so my reaction is unknown.
🔋Energy and Activities🎲
I have a moderate energy level. I enjoy playing and exploring, but once I’ve had my exercise, I know how to settle down and relax. One thing I’m still working on is confidence during walks. Since I haven’t had much experience with the outside world, unfamiliar sights and sounds can make me freeze and lie flat on the ground. I’ll need a patient family who can help me build confidence with gentle encouragement.
🎲Training and Habits⭐
· I do not guard my food or toys and have a gentle demeanor when eating.
· I am house-trained and prefer to go to the bathroom outside.
· I am quiet by nature and don’t bark often.
I am still learning to be comfortable with car rides. Right now, I don’t like getting into the car on my own and need to be lifted in. I also drool a lot in the car, which suggests I get motion sickness. Short, positive car trips can help me adjust over time.
🏠My Ideal Home💕
I would do well in a calm and patient home that can help me gain confidence. Since I can get overwhelmed by new experiences, my future family should allow me to explore at my own pace rather than rushing me. If my new home has another gentle and friendly dog, it might help me feel more secure as I learn the ropes of the world. However, I can also do well as a solo dog if I get plenty of human attention. Since I love people and affection, a home where I won’t be left alone for long periods would be ideal.
